Description: Detective Weare was shot as he and his partner were searching a residence for a robbery suspect. The suspect was hiding in a bedroom and shot Detective Weare as he opened the door. The suspect fled with Detective J.J. McGuire in pursuit. Detective McGuire shot and killed the suspect as he scaled a fence.
