Description: Chief of Police Worley suffered a fatal heart attack as he assisted other officers track a suspect into Hamilton, Ohio. Officers engaged in a foot chase of the suspect and lost contact with Chief Worley. Chief Worley was found unresponsive in his patrol vehicle a short time later. Chief Worley was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
