Description: An employee of an explosives company murdered a fellow co-worker, barricaded himself in the building and threatened to blow it up if an attempt was made to arrest him. The standoff continued into the next day. As the deputies approached the building, an explosion shook the site, killing Deputies Charles White, John Lerri, Gustave Koch, Daniel Cameron and George Woodsum.
