Description: Constable Weber was directing illegally parked motorists to move along. Constable Weber was standing on the running board of an automobile when the driver suddenly accelerated, dragging the Constable a considerable distance. When Constable Weber was unable to hold on any longer, he let go, falling down a ten-foot embankment. Constable Weber suffered massive internal injuries and died three days later. The driver was charged with murder.
