Description: Patrolman Washington sent Robert McIntire home from the Veteran's Cab stand. McIntire left theh stand and returned with his .380 Browning pistol and opened fire. Patrolman Washington was standing approximately 8 ft. from inside the office when McIntire opened fire. Washington was hit three times, in the left forearm, left shoulder, and the left side of his stomach. He died of his injuries at 8am on Wed.
