Description: Deputy Town Marshal Wolf was shot when he responded to a domestic disturbance call as he was ascending the stairs to the residence, he was shot in the chest by a bullet that was fired through the wall of the house. Marshal Wolf was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. A suspect was arrested and charged with murder but was acquitted by a jury.
