Description: On February 22, 2008, Police Officer Williams was struck by a vehicle while investigating a car accident on I-475 during a snow storm. As Officer Williams talking to one of the drivers, he observed a vehicle losing control on the icy roads. Officer Williams pushed the driver out of the way as the out of control vehicle struck him and threw him over a cement wall. Officer WilliamsŸ?? leg was broken and severely injured. Officer Williams never recovered from his injuries and died a year later on February 24, 2009.
