Description: Officer Wilber and Officer Wesley Abbott were on foot patrol when suddenly, a man shot and killed Officer Wilber. Officer Abbott returned fire. The suspect fled the scene but was later captured. The suspect was angry that Officer Wilber had arrested him for assault two years earlier.
