Description: Officer Washington was killed in a single-car accident while conducting a narcotics investigation on Broad River Road. While attempting to negotiate a curve, Officer Washington lost control of his SUV and hit a gully. The department SUV became airborne and struck the edge of a house and two cars. Officer Washington was pronounced dead at the scene.
