Description: Marshal White was shot by a man who was upset that Marshal White had arrested his son for setting off fireworks and allegedly used a blackjack. The man argued with Marshal White, drew a gun and shot Marshal White in the chest. Marshal White died on the way to the hospital. The man was convicted of murder and sentenced to 20 years in prison.
