Description: Senior Officer Williams was stabbed to death by an inmate at the United States Penitentiary-Canaan in Pennsylvania. Officer Williams was working in a housing unit when he was suddenly attacked by an inmate. The inmate stabbed Officer Williams and beat him during the attack. Officer Williams was transported to a nearby hospital where he died as a result of these injuries.
