Description: Trooper Workman and Corporal Marshall Bailey were shot while conducting a traffic stop. The officers arrested a suspect for impaired driving. While in custody, the suspect produced a concealed weapon and shot both officers. Corporal Bailey was killed instantly. Trooper Workman died at the hospital three days later. The suspect fled the scene and was killed in an exchange of gunfire with law enforcement officers.
