Description: Officer Williams was shot in the chest as he approached a vehicle that had crashed into a parked car. When Officer Williams approached the driver and asked for his driver's permit, the driver suddenly drew a handgun and shot Officer Williams through the heart. Although mortally wounded, Officer Williams was able to fire his weapon twice, wounding the suspect.
