Description: Officer Webber was on his way to a disturbance call when he noticed a man at a bus stop holding a revolver. Officer Webber grasped the man and a wrestling match ensued. His partner, Driver Mackerty, drew his gun and shot at the suspect. Officer Webber was shot twice, once by the suspect and once by a bullet from Mackerty's gun, he died later at the hospital. A verdict of accidental death was rendered by the coroner, because the shot from the suspect would not have caused Webber's death.
