Description: Warden Walker was handed a note by a prisoner that read, "Mr. Walker, you have not used me well." As Warden Walker read the note, the prisoner took advantage of the diversion and stabbed Warden Walker in the chest and neck, killing him. Warden Solon Tenney was fatally stabbed at the same facility two weeks later.
