Description: Officer Williams was working an off duty job. He was in uniform, directing traffic at a local construction site. A pick-up truck, driven by a drunk driver, struck another vehicle from behind, rupturing the gas tank. The car burst into flames and rolled onto Officer Williams, trapping him underneath. Officer Williams was pronounced dead at the scene.
