Description: Sergeant Williams was shot and killed while investigating an auto accident. When Sergeant Williams arrived at the scene of the accident, he asked the occupants of one of the cars to step out. A struggle ensued and one of the suspects was able to gain control of Sergeant Williams? service weapon then shot him with his own gun.
