Description: Officer Warf was killed in an automobile accident while responding to an accident-with-injuries call. Officer Warf was driving southbound on Dayton Boulevard when his patrol car collided with a street sweeper that had broken down in the roadway. Officer Warf died immediately when his cruiser struck the street sweeper at full speed. The driver of the sweeper, who was standing outside of the vehicle, was also killed.
