Description: Deputy Sheriff Wright and two other deputies were traveling by automobile to deliver a search warrant when their patrol car was struck by another vehicle. Deputy Sheriff Wright was thrown 60 feet from the vehicle and suffered severe head injuries. He succumbed to his injuries approximately four weeks later.
