Description: Deputy Windsor discovered a party going on in a wooded area. He suspected illegal drugs and alcohol were being used. He parked one half mile away and called for back-up. While waiting, a vehicle with two occupants, left the party traveling at a high rate of speed. They struck the patrol vehicle broadside, on the driver's side, killing him instantly.
