Description: Detective Walker was shot and killed while off duty in a local Miami neighborhood. Detective Walker was visiting a relative when he heard gun shots. Detective Walker returned to his unmarked department vehicle and attempted to call for back-up when the suspect opened fire with a AK-47 assault rifle. Deputy Walker was pronounced dead at the scene.
