Description: Sergeant Ward suffered a fatal heart attack within a few hours of conducting a robbery deployment using a bicycle for his mode of transportation. In a case heard by the District Court of Appeal for the State of Florida, it was found that "the exertion of riding a bike at work was the major contributing cause of the heart attack."
