Description: Marshal Weiss was shot and killed by one of four men who were trespassing on railroad property. Marshal Weiss saw the men lurking around the freight cars and ordered them to move. They responded with gunfire, striking Marshal Weiss in the chest. Marshal Weiss was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspects fled and were not captured.
