Description: Deputy Webb was shot and killed in retaliation as he worked at his home by a man he had arrested several days prior on an illegal whiskey possession charge. The man went to Deputy Webb's barn and called him outside. When Deputy Webb stepped outside, the man shot him once in the chest. Deputy Webb died at the scene.
