Description: Sergeant Woodson was shot and killed as he and a Railroad Detective attempted to question a suspicious man who was loitering by the tracks. As Sergeant Woodson approached the suspect, the suspect turned and fired a fatal shot into his chest. Sergeant Woodson died at the scene. The suspect was arrested.
