Description: Officer Wicks responded to a domestic disturbance call where a father had assaulted his son and wife. When Officer Wicks arrived at the residence, the suspect shot him twice in the abdomen. Officer Wicks was able to return fire and fatally wound the suspect. Officer Wicks was transported to a local hospital where he died the next day from his injuries.
