Description: Patrolman Wargo was killed in a head-on crash with a driver under the influence of narcotics. The suspect lost control of his vehicle and crossed the median, striking the driver's side of Patrolman Wargo's vehicle. Patrolman Wargo and the suspect were transported to a nearby hospital where Patrolman Wargo was pronounced dead. The suspect was charged with vehicular homicide, aggravated manslaughter and driving under the influence.
