Description: Master Trooper Walker was shot and killed while investigating a suspicious vehicle parked along the roadway. When Trooper Walker pulled his patrol car behind the suspicious vehicle, a suspect suddenly approached his patrol car. The suspect opened fire, shooting into Trooper Walker’s patrol car numerous times. Trooper Walker died at the scene. The suspect fled on foot and was later apprehended.
