Description: Deputy Wimberly was working security at a local apartment building. Residents called deputy when they heard suspect behind apartment building "preaching about the Lord" and causing a disturbance. Deputy Wimberly approached suspect and was able to calm him down and escorted him back inside his apartment. Suspect suddenly snapped, took Officer Wimberly's gun, and shot him several times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
