Description: Police Officer Will was struck and killed by a drunk driver while investigating a car crash. Officer Will was outside of his patrol car investigating the accident when a vehicle evading the police bypassed a police barricade and struck Officer Will. Officer Will was killed instantly. The suspect was apprehended and charged with intoxicated manslaughter of a police officer.
