Description: Patrolman Warren and his partner Officer Harold Sickles were in pursuit of a speeding motorist when their patrol car was struck at an intersection, causing the patrol car to crash into a utility pole. Patrolman Warren died at the scene of multiple fractures and internal injuries. Officer Sickles was treated at the hospital and released. The motorist they were pursuing was captured. He plead guilty to various offenses but was not charged with the death of Patrolman Warren. The motorist served a ten year sentence and was released.
