Description: Sergeant Wilmott was killed when his patrol car crashed into the rear of a tractor trailer. The final investigation proved that the rear lights of the tractor trailer were not working at the time of the accident. Sergeant Wilmott did not see the trailer until it was too late. The driver and passenger of the semi were uninjured in the crash.
