Description: Officer Whitehat and his partner were on patrol when they stopped to investigate a vehicle that was parked on the side of the road. Both officers became involved in a scuffle with the occupants of the vehicle. The man Officer Whitehat was trying to restrain ran off into the dark with Officer Whitehat in pursuit. Officer Whitehat was found shot with his own gun which had been torn from its holster.
