Description: Officer Weick had heard a disturbance and went over to control the group; all but one man remained. A struggle ensued between the two and the suspect pulled out a revolver, firing three shots, two of them entering Officer Weick's right abdomen. The killer was caught by two officers that heard the shots. Officer Weick passed away in the hospital the next day.
