Description: Sheriff Wallace was shot and killed while attempting to arrest a suspect for murder. Sheriff Wallace ordered the suspect to throw up his hands and the suspect shot him with his Winchester rifle. The suspect shot Sheriff Wallace just below the heart killing him instantly.
