Description: Sergeant White was killed when his patrol car was struck from behind by a suspect being pursued by other officers. Sergeant White had cleared Roadway 114 of traffic ahead of the pursuit when the suspect driver rammed into the back of Sergeant White's patrol vehicle. Sergeant White was inside his patrol car and was killed instantly in the crash. The suspect was taken into custody and charged with capital murder.
