Description: Sheriff Warf suffered a heart attack while responding to a complaint regarding Halloween pranks. Sheriff Warf responded and witnessed approximately fifteen men engaged in attempting to dismantle the bridge. Sheriff Warf collapsed and was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
