Description: Sergeant Willis and Sergeant Vernon Corbeil (Panel 33-E: 10) died in an aircraft accident while in search of a downed plane near Malibu. Sergeant Corbeil experienced engine trouble and attempted to land. The airplane crashed in Puerco Canyon 500 feet short of the emergency landing strip.
