Description: Officer Williams was attempting to place two uncooperative intoxicated men under arrest when a fight broke out. Officer Williams struck the men several times with his billy club to bring them under control. After Officer Williams escorted the prisoners to the jail, he collapsed and was pronounced dead at the scene.
