Description: Detective Warlick and Captain Claude Bowen were responding to a call when an automobile ran a stop sign and collided with their vehicle. Detective Warlick, who was driving, was crushed by the steering wheel and died of internal injuries. Captain Bowen died 15 months after the incident.
