Description: Officer Walters had been alerted to a robbery at the Pesonal Finance Company. He rushed to the business and ran into the suspect. Both men fell to the ground. The suspect grabbed the officer's gun and shot the officer. Officer Walters returned fire and struck the suspect in the spine.
