Description: Lieutenant Weber was the Supervisor for the Orange County (CA) Lab Response Team, California State Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement from 1994 through December 1999. Lt. Weber was extensively involved in processing and seizing chemicals commonly used in the clandestine manufacturing of illegal drugs. Lt. Weber entered more than 50 clandestine laboratories where he was exposed to dangerous chemicals, carcinogens, caustics, and organic compounds. Lt. Weber died from over exposure to hazardous chemicals. Exposures occurred during the 13 years he was assigned to the Narcotics Bureau Enforcing State and Federal drug laws.
