Description: Police Officer Willingham was killed in a single-vehicle crash while responding to assist a fellow officer apprehend an intoxicated driver. Officer Willingham lost control of his patrol vehicle, which caused the vehicle to leave the road and strike a tree. Officer Willingham??®s patrol car became engulfed in flames and he died at the scene.
