Description: Corrections Officer Wiley was stabbed to death at the Clements Unit in Amarillo, Texas. Officer Wiley was supervising the inmates in the shoe factory when an inmate slashed his throat. The inmate was serving a 70-year sentence for aggravated assault. Officer Wiley was rushed to the prison infirmary and then transferred to Amarillo Hospital where he died.
