Description: Officer Webster was shot and killed after making a local traffic stop. When the vehicle stopped, one of the suspects fled on foot with Officer Webster in pursuit. Officer Webster caught the suspect and a struggle ensued. The suspect was able to gain control of Officer Webster's weapon and shot him just above his vest with his own gun. Officer Webster was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
