Description: Patrolman Darryl Wallace was killed in a single-vehicle crash while responding to a 911 call. Patrolman Wallace was responding to a 911 report of a prowler when he swerved to avoid colliding with another vehicle. His vehicle left the roadway and crashed into a tree. Patrolman Wallace was extricated from the vehicle and transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
