Description: Patrolman Webb was fatally shot while guarding a payroll transfer. Patrolman Edwain Churchill located the suspect vehicle and was also fatally shot by the robbery suspects when he attempted to arrest them. The suspects were shot and killed by law enforcement officers in an exchange of gunfire.
