Description: Police Officer Weathers was killed in a vehicle crash during a surveillance training exercise. Officer Weathers was assigned to the Professional Accountability Integrity Unit and working undercover in his unmarked vehicle. Officer Weathers struck the front end of the other vehicle and the impact launched his vehicle into a concrete railroad support pillar, which caused the vehicle to split in half. Officer Weathers was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
