Description: Police Officer Webster was shot and killed while placing a suspect under arrest. Officer Webster initiated a traffic stop and while placing the suspect in handcuffs, the suspect broke away, pulled a handgun and shot Officer Webster several times. Officer Webster was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his wounds one week later. The suspect was apprehended by authorities.
