Description: Game Warden Wagstaff was killed in a single-car automobile accident on Farm Road in Hardin County, Texas. Warden Wagstaff was responding to a man hunting deer out of season when he lost control of his department truck and struck another vehicle head-on. Warden Wagstaff and the driver of the other vehicle were both killed instantly.
